Academic Foundations and New Horizons: José 's story is a testament to constant self-improvement. After successfully passing the ESO exam and dedicating significant effort to study with free YouTube videos to reach an A2 level in English, José has taken a qualitative leap in his career.
Thanks to a scholarship awarded by CVLI, José has been able to start his vocational training in Transport, Logistics, and International Commerce with the Fundación Sesé. This milestone marks the beginning of his technical specialization, combining his leadership vision with practical knowledge of mobility processes within the European Union.
Intercultural Counseling and Digital Footprint (2023-2025) Parallel to his training, between 2023 and 2025, José has served as a Cultural Value Leadership Counselor, building bridges between South America and Spain. His approach is modern and technologically savvy:
Geographic Research (Google Maps): José has built an impressive digital footprint with over 2 million views. He has meticulously documented routes and experiences, traveling through every province in Spain and various regions in South America, utilizing the platform as a tool for "human geography" and cultural observation.
Innovation with AI: He maintains an active interest in Artificial Intelligence, exploring how these tools can optimize educational and logistical processes.

Cimientos Académicos y Nuevos Horizontes La historia de José es un testimonio de superación constante. Tras aprobar con éxito el examen de la ESO y dedicar un esfuerzo significativo al estudio gratuito por YouTube para alcanzar un nivel A2 de inglés, Jose ha dado un salto cualitativo en su carrera.
Gracias a una beca otorgada por el CVLI, Jose ha podido empezar a cursar su Formación Profesional en Transporte, Logística y Comercio Internacional con la Fundación Sesé. Este hito marca el inicio de su especialización técnica, combinando su visión de liderazgo con el conocimiento práctico de los procesos de movilidad en la Unión Europea.
Consejería Intercultural y Huella Digital (2023-2025) Paralelamente a su formación, entre 2023 y 2025, José ha servido como consejero de liderazgo de valor cultural, tendiendo puentes entre Suramérica y España. Su enfoque es moderno y tecnológico:

True intercultural fluency requires more than just living in a new country; it demands an active exploration of its diverse regional heartbeats. This philosophy is central to our mission at the Cultural Value Leadership Institute (CVLI), and we are thrilled to spotlight the recent journey of Gabriela Pérez, a participant in the visiting educators program sponsored by the Embassy of Spain.
Currently based in Connecticut, Gabriela has already gained valuable insight into the US education system in the Northeast. However, driven by a desire to understand the complexities of the nation more fully, she sought to experience the unique culture of Southern America. Her recent immersion trip to Tennessee stands as a testament to the power of stepping outside one's comfort zone to explore the identity of the American South.
Innovation in Education: The Soleá Meets the South
In Tennessee, Gabriela was hosted by Chip Arnold, a highly respected Spanish teacher. Their time together went far beyond simple observation; it became a laboratory for cross-cultural creativity.
To execute a unique collaboration, Gabriela utilized the Institute's specialized didactic resources, which allowed her to learn specific methodologies for merging her academic subject with the art of Flamenco. Applying these tools, Chip and Gabriela created an innovative educational video to teach the numbers 1 through 12 in Spanish.
In a valuable display of intercultural synthesis, they applied these learnings to fuse the sounds of Southern music with the complex, 12-beat rhythm of the Flamenco Soleá. By matching the 12 numbers to the 12 beats of the Soleá, they created a teaching tool that honors Gabriela's Spanish heritage while embracing the musical soul of Chip’s home region.
Music, History, and the Nashville Sound
To fully grasp the cultural identity of the region, Gabriela traveled to Nashville. Following the specific recommendations of the Arnold family, she bypassed the standard tourist paths to explore the authentic country music scene. Seeing firsthand how Southern America preserves its history through song enriched her perspective on American storytelling.
Thanksgiving: A Digital and Musical Exchange
The centerpiece of Gabriela's visit was experiencing a traditional American Thanksgiving. She joined the Arnold family for dinner, witnessing the deep-rooted values of gratitude and togetherness.
The evening continued the theme of musical connection. Though there was no live band at the dinner table, the spirit of Bluegrass was very much present:
Sharing Heritage: Grandpa shared his musical legacy with Gabriela by showing her videos on his phone of him playing the autoharp. It was a touching moment of connection, allowing Gabriela to hear the traditional Bluegrass sounds that are so dear to the family's history.

La pieza central de la visita de Gabriela fue experimentar un Día de Acción de Gracias tradicional estadounidense. Se unió a la familia Arnold para la cena, siendo testigo de los valores profundamente arraigados de gratitud y unión.
La velada continuó con el tema de la conexión musical. Aunque no hubo una banda en vivo en la mesa, el espíritu del Bluegrass estuvo muy presente:
